I am pausing in the middle of my usual fast-paced schedule to say thank you. Guaranty RV Centers, of Junction City, Oregon, recently completed a 10-day event in the town of Pendleton where we housed our staff at the Oxford Suites. We needed to be able to rely on good communication and attention to detail to keep things running smoothly. With that said I want to commend the staff of the Oxford Suites of Pendleton, Oregon, led by Rebecca Daniels, for doing just that. Not only did they keep me updated throughout this event, they did it with pleasant professionalism. Every time I called I was treated with respect and the many changes that occurred throughout were handled accurately. Rebecca’s detailed emails all the way through were so appreciated. Please convey my heartfelt thanks and congratulations to this talented team. I am keeping this property in my active file for future use.

exceeded my expectations
I was in Pendleton with extended family for a memorial service. Most of my hotel experience is from my 2-3 trips to Las Vegas each year. I was pleasantly surprised that Oxford Suites was just as nice as couple of the 4 star hotels on the Strip.
Check-in was fast and friendly. The hotel looked new and was very clean. It was very convenient to have a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were nice.
We had also looked at the Hampton Inn while searching for a hotel. I'm glad we ended up at Oxford Suites because the location is more convenient than the other hotels. Oxford Suites is right next to Safeway and across the street from Walmart. We ended up needing a camera and a couple of umbrellas during our trip and it was very convenient to just run across the street to purchase those items.
I expected the complimentary breakfast to be a continental breakfast but it included pancakes, bacon, cereal, eggs (done your way), fruit, etc. Breakfast is served from either 6-9 or 7-9. We're not morning people but we wanted breakfast so we got up at 7, ate, then went back to bed. It worked out great!
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pendleton. And make sure you eat at Hamley's. A great restaurant!

Very nice comfortable hotel
The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. I really liked the evening reception with the hors d'oeurves and drinks. The place was quiet and there wasn't a bunch of children running around. It is in a funny location behind a truck repair shop, but Safeway and Walmart are close by. We wlll stay there again.

Worth the stay
Our room was large and very clean. The evenings reception was wonderful after a long drive and the hot breakfast the next morning was very good. The bed was comfortable and we got a good night sleep. I would recommend the Oxford Suites to anyone. You’ll not be disappointed.

Great Hospitality
Room was very clean & the breakfast buffet is excellent. The price was extremely competetive! Will always stay there when we stop in Pendleton.

Beds are to die for.
Excellent room--hardwood floors! King-sized bed, very comfy. The evening snack with drink and breakfast buffet were excellent.
